The OIS handbook details important information about your child’s educational journey through 3rd, 4th and 5th grade. Please take the time to read the handbook as it will answer many questions you have now or might have in the future. We want to ensure students and parent(s)/guardian(s) understand and are willing to abide by our district and school policies, procedures and protocols thus allowing us to facilitate our mission of creating a safe, positive school environment that ensures academic and social growth for ALL learners through collaboration, respect and compassion.
Please feel free to contact your child’s teacher, the school counselor, school nurse, the school administrative assistants, and/or me if you have concerns or need information throughout the year. We are always here to answer any and all questions you may have.
As educators and parents, we have a joint responsibility to help children grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Ultimately, our goal is for children to become responsible and productive members of society. TOGETHER we will SUCCEED!!
