The School District of Osceola is proud to offer community education classes for adults and children. We strive to offer high quality classes for a wide range of interests, and provide our community with learning opportunities that will enhance one's life-long learning process.
The mission of Osceola Community Education is to bring community members together to identify community needs and resources, and facilitate the participation of adults and children in programming that will raise the quality of life in their communities. We provide a variety of opportunities for local citizens, schools, agencies and institutions to become active partners in delivering meaningful, enriching programming to our community. We are committed to the unique partnership that exists between the school district and the community it serves.
The following are not included in Osceola's Community Education Programming:
- Activities which limit access to only pupils enrolled in the school district
- Costs for district-wide instructional program administration and support services
- Expenditures for the welfare and safety of pupils and staff involved with K-12 instructional programs
- Facilities, sites and improvements, unless specifically for community service activities
