Immunizations

The Wisconsin Student Immunization Law requires that all students through grade 12 meet a minimum number of required immunizations prior to school entrance. These requirements can be waived for health, religious, or a personal conviction reason. You must sign a waiver for any required vaccination you choose to wave. Throughout your child's academic career, immunization updates need to be reported to the school. You may find your child's immunization record on the Wisconsin Immunization Registry.
