ALL SPORTS PHYSICALS ARE UPLOADED AT HOME IN BOUND
Sports Physicals - Bound will have you upload a copy of the sports physical when registering your child.
Submit a picture and keep the original for your records
Any sports physicals turned in before August will be returned home
Bound will notify you if the physical is expired when registering
If expired, your child will need to get a physical
If the physical is not expired, proceed through the section.
You do not need to upload a physical, as we have a hard copy from last year.

Clarification on Two Year Physicals
Two years is based on the school years and not calendar years
According to the WIAA, any physical completed after April 1st will cover the next two school years, and any physical done before April 1st will cover your child for the remainder of that school year and the following school year only.
If, upon registering in Bound, it says your child's physical is expired, then they are due for a physical to comply with the WIAA
Student Registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. All families must fill out the registration information on an annual basis. Please complete the process by August 31, 2026. Thank you!
