Diabetes management is 24/7 and doesn't take a break during the school day. The Osceola School District is committed to providing the proper care and support for our diabetic students. Together with your child's health care provider, we can develop a formal diabetic care plan. Your health care provider can use the Management of Diabetes at School Form provided below to communicate your child's current diabetic care.
